Lost my voice!
It slowly went during yesterday as I delivered some training.

Now why is everyone else whispering at me?

Also, why are people talking slowly at me as if I have also lost part of my brain?

Working out your notice after resignation is fun! I recommend it.
Why not all resign and share your experience on Geek-ware? (Except Backline and Scara!)
Although, following resignation, I am having trouble getting out of bed in the morning. Having read Backline, I obviously need an alarm that plays Simply Red. Since I use my phone as an alarm, and need a new one, that will obviously need to be a feature.

Taking of phones, aren't Orange efficient! Transferring a phone from my employer to me took:
1. A phone call with both of us present to confirm it.
2. First letter from them.
3. Second letter from us.
4. Third letter from them.
5. Fourth letter from us.
6. Fifth letter from them to the employer saying they were about to suspend my usage until some more letters had been exchanged with me.
7. Phone call from a p****d off me to tell them to sort it now.
8. They did!!!!

New desktop and laptop arrived from Dell.
Interesting order updates on the web-site: The laptop went from 'production' one day back to 'pre-production' the next?
It has now arrived but the web-site still says it is in 'pre-production'??

I asked the guys to 'plan' the installation of a dual boot for the laptop. I'll let them look that up in the dictionary before I mention 'testing'.
Not sure if they will ever be ready for 'documentation'

Back to CCDA work today :-(}

Test drove the beemer in snow today. Did some test skids around the car park.
Ace fun, even if Scara wet the back seat.

Ravinder says I should get rid of my Cagiva so she can fit a tumble dryer in the garage. I had trouble spotting the obvious advantages to the trade! Even if we bought Italian it wouldn't be quite the same.

'Jaws Maui' (book) has got to be the best present ever!
I must try 'tow-in' surfing before I die.
Will probably be about 12 seconds before! ;-)}

Christmas wasn't bad. At least it snowed!
Alec has started using his playstation now that I have bought him a gun.
Why are there 20 different guns available and bugger all games to use them with?

Booked my CCDA exam for 12Jan.
Got 40% on my first practice exam! :-(}

Oh no! Christmas has started!
Had to:
1. Entertain relatives and 'friends' I have avoided all year;
2. Stop working;
3. Start drinking in order to get through the day;
4. Drink more to get through the evening;
5. Plan house extension to fit all the toys.

Got up at 10:30 this morning!!
Must be getting younger.

Found definitive proof that blue cars are better than red, having just gone to get a replacement headlight bulb.
'blue glow for that high tech look'Wow, only £9.99 each.
Matches the blue car perfectly.
Red is dead, long live the blue.

Hey, I've got a blue car too!

Well it is now that I've washed it.

(Only the second time since buying.)

Hello geek-ware world.

I was going to start with something profound, but I am too busy thinking about my new laptop ordered this week. It must be something really special, given that this morning Dell faxed me a confirmation with a price of £19,704.

Must be that 'Palmrest Back Cover Tahoe Blue 4000' cosmetic addition that is pushing the price up.
