Inspired by Spork's diary entry, I'm going to write a JudgeRuffneck-o-matic which will take the form of a webpage with spikey hair which when visited will randomly say amusing cynical things, ouput one of many possible catch phrases, and smoke incessently at you out from the monitor.

I am still considering wether or not to code it to, once every 12 years, stop responding completely. I could write it in Microsoft Dot.Net I guess, but that may result in that every 12 minutes.
